Malliha and I worked together both on the same team and cross-team on a number of features, including one very in-depth feature with a lot of back and forth both internally and with clients. We managed to come to a solid understanding of the UX requirements and produced great features for our clients. Always enjoyed the design discussions; even when we had to push back on the occasional aspect from the dev side, we worked through it and found solutions we could agree on.

I hired Malliha for the Summer 2022 co-op term and she was an absolute delight to have on the team. Malliha spent her term diving in to work head-first at every opportunity, fearlessly asking questions, and generally bringing an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude to anything we could throw at her. The entire team enjoyed Malliha's presence and she was able to work both work independently and go above-and-beyond at every step. Over her term, she developed masterful Figma skills that made use of pretty much everything the software had to offer - components, branches and merges galore! She also sought out opportunities to shadow members of the team in every role, participated in student leadership activities, showed her work at team meetings, and presented everything she'd learned at the end of the term. If you're looking for a kind and thoughtful Jr. Interaction Designer who brings a high level of maturity to the role - along with excellent component library building skills, and a burning desire to learn and improve, I cannot recommend Malliha enough.
